Can Scrub Buds™ be used on Teflon®†?
We do not recommend the use of Scrub Buds™ on non-stick coatings such as Teflon®†. If a pan really has a Teflon®† coating, then no abrasive pad should be needed (food isn't supposed to stick to the coating).
Is it true that the stainless steel used in the Scrub Buds™ is longer than a football field?
Yes, the Scrub Buds™ contain 825 feet of stainless steel, which is approximately the size for 2 1/2 football fields (as a regular football field is 300 feet in length).
Can Scrub Buds™ be used on a glass top stove?
We recommend that you follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintaining your glass top stove. They usually instruct to only use non-abrasive cleaners, which would include Amway Home™ L.O.C.™ Multi-Purpose Cleaner (E-0001) and Dish Drops™ Dishwashing Liquid – Original (110488).
After the warranty period is complete, contact the maker of the unit to ask if a stainless-steel scrubber is allowed for the occasional burned-on food cleanup.
