Return Policy

 

As an elite product distributor, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction, as does our product fulfillment partner, Amway™. If for any reason you try our products and are not completely satisfied, most may be returned within 180 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. 

 

Should you choose to return any of your purchased products, you can do so through accessing the Amway™ Help Center which will be located in the order confirmation and shipping emails you receive from Amway™. If a refund is issued from Amway™ back to Purely Vital Co. for your order return, then Purely Vital Co. will promptly refund your account with the amount that was refunded back to Purely Vital Co. as the product distributor.
