At Purely Vital Co. we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. To achieve this, we work directly with our product fulfillment partner, Amway™, who handles all aspects of our order fulfillment. See below for how our fulfillment process works!

 

Our Fulfillment Process

 

1. Order Processing:

Once your order is placed with us at Purely Vital Co. we process your payment and confirm the receipt of your order by sending you a confirmation email that comes from the Purely Vital Co. Team. After processing your payment, we promptly forward the details of your order to our fulfillment partner, Amway™. This includes your order specifics, contact information, and shipping details. Your payment information is not sent to Amway™, and is encrypted and secure within the Purely Vital Co. payment processing system. Upon receipt of your order details, Amway™ will also send you an email to confirm receipt of your order and shipping information. 

2. Inventory Management:

Amway™ maintains a well-stocked inventory of all the products we distribute at Purely Vital Co. to ensure that your orders are processed swiftly and accurately. If for whatever reason a product you order is out-of-stock with Amway™, Purely Vital Co. will communicate directly with you to make you aware of the shipping delays and provide you with service options.  

3. Packaging:

All products in your order are packaged securely to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. There are times when your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the combination of products ordered. Amway™ uses high-quality materials and shipping practices to protect your items during transit. 

4. Shipping:

Your order is shipped directly to you. Amway™, as our fulfillment partner, collaborates with trusted courier services to provide timely and reliable delivery. Please review our Shipping Information Page for more details on shipping. 

5. Customer Service:

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, our product fulfillment partner, Amway™, handles all customer service requests that relate to shipping and returns. To access customer service and support, please leverage the Amway™ Help Center which will be linked in the order confirmation and shipping emails you receive from Amway™.  Should you have questions about products in the Purely Vital Co. Shop, then you can reach out to Purely Vital Co. by submitting an inquiry on our Contact Us Page. 

6. Returns:

Should you choose to return any of your purchased products, you can do so through accessing the Amway™ Help Center which will be located in the order confirmation and shipping emails you receive from Amway™. If a refund is issued from Amway™ back to Purely Vital Co. for your order return, then Purely Vital Co. will promptly refund your account with the amount that was refunded back to Purely Vital Co. as the product distributor.
